Wholesale Terms
Dealer Pricing
Approved dealers receive 30% off MSRP on all stocked items. Pricing is confirmed in your dealer welcome package after approval.
Minimum Order
- Opening order: $500 CAD (or USD equivalent)
- Reorders: $250 CAD minimum
- No minimum unit quantity per SKU — mix and match across the catalog.
MAP Policy
Rifle Club enforces a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Dealers may not advertise products below MSRP in any public-facing channel (online listings, social media, print). In-store pricing is at your discretion. MAP violations may result in suspension of dealer status.
Lead Times
In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Pre-order or back-order items will have lead times communicated at time of order — typically 4–10 weeks depending on run schedule. We will always give you advance notice before a new run opens so you can plan inventory.
Payment
Orders are invoiced via draft order. Payment is due prior to shipment. We accept credit card, e-transfer (Canada), and wire transfer.
Returns & Defects
We stand behind our manufacturing. Defective units are replaced at no charge. We do not accept returns on non-defective product once an order is fulfilled.
Ideal Dealer Profile
We're selective about our dealer network to protect your margins and our brand. The best-fit partners are:
- Specialty firearms retailers with a focus on precision/long-range shooting
- PRS match venues or clubs with a retail component
- Online retailers with an established precision rifle audience
- Gunsmiths or custom rifle builders who recommend accessories to clients
We do not currently wholesale through general sporting goods chains or big-box retailers.
How to Apply
Fill out the application below. We review all applications within 5 business days and will follow up by email. Approved dealers receive a dealer welcome package with a private discount code, a copy of our MAP policy, and access to product assets.
Note: Dealers are responsible for ensuring they hold all required federal, provincial/state, and local licenses to sell firearm accessories in their jurisdiction. Rifle Club reserves the right to request proof of licensing as part of the approval process.
