Our Guarantee
We stand behind the machining, tolerances, and build quality of our sporting goods. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not meet our strict quality standards, we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Return Window & Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a standard return. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unused, unmodified, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging.

Parts that have been permanently mounted, altered, or show signs of heavy field use/scratching cannot be accepted for a standard refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom Orders: Any components custom-machined or modified to unique customer specifications.

Digital Files / Licenses: Digital downloads or licensing fees are immediate and non-refundable.

Clearance / Blemished Items: Items explicitly sold as "seconds," "blemished," or "clearance" are final sale.
How to Initiate a Return

Email rifleclubmfg@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. (If the return is due to a fitment or manufacturing issue, please attach a clear photo).

If approved, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item shipped), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our shop, we will send you an email confirming receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
