Our Guarantee

We stand behind the machining, tolerances, and build quality of our sporting goods. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not meet our strict quality standards, we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Return Window & Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a standard return. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unmodified, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • Parts that have been permanently mounted, altered, or show signs of heavy field use/scratching cannot be accepted for a standard refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: Any components custom-machined or modified to unique customer specifications.

  • Digital Files / Licenses: Digital downloads or licensing fees are immediate and non-refundable.

  • Clearance / Blemished Items: Items explicitly sold as "seconds," "blemished," or "clearance" are final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email rifleclubmfg@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. (If the return is due to a fitment or manufacturing issue, please attach a clear photo).

  2. If approved, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item shipped), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our shop, we will send you an email confirming receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
