Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Production Times

Because our products are precision-engineered and manufactured in-house, fulfillment timelines depend on current stock levels:

  • In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and packaged within 1–3 business days.

  • Pre-Orders & Production Runs: Items purchased as part of a batch-production run or pre-order will have an estimated shipping timeline clearly noted on the product page.

Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Alberta provincial and Canadian statutory holidays. Our shipping facility does not dispatch packages over weekends.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship all Canadian domestic orders from our facility in Alberta via Canada Post.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated in real-time and displayed at checkout based on package weight and your delivery address.

Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not fully guaranteed, especially during peak shipping seasons or severe weather.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your shipping label is generated, an automated email containing your Canada Post tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan the package and for tracking history to update online.

4. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, transit times and delivery logistics are outside of our direct control.

  • Delays: If your package is delayed or tracking has stalled, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number for the fastest update.

  • Damage: If your gear arrives damaged from transit, please take clear photos of the packaging and the item immediately and email them to us at rifleclubmfg.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
