Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Buying something will not improve your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is run by Rifle Club, Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada (the “Sponsor”). Questions: rifleclubmfg@gmail.com.

2. Giveaway period

The Giveaway opens on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM Mountain Time on Thursday, November 12, 2026. The winner will be drawn on Friday, November 13, 2026.

3. Who can enter

The Giveaway is open to residents of Canada and the United States (excluding Quebec and California) who have reached the age of majority in their province or state of residence. Employees of the Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to enter

To be eligible, you must complete both steps:

Sign up with your email. Enter your email address on the Giveaway sign-up page at rifleclubmfg.com/pages/giveaway (link in the Rifle Club Instagram bio). This subscribes you to the Rifle Club email list. Use an email address you own, and one email address per person.
Comment on the Giveaway post. Comment on the official Giveaway post on the Rifle Club Instagram account and tag two friends. Every qualifying comment counts as one entry, and there is no limit to the number of comments you can make.

A comment qualifies only if it tags two different real Instagram accounts belonging to other people. Comments that tag fewer than two accounts, tag the same account twice, tag the Rifle Club account, or tag fake or automated accounts do not count. Deleted comments do not count. Entries made by bots, scripts or any automated means are void.

5. Prize

One (1) Competition Kit, consisting of a Precision Vertical Grip, a pair of Thumb Rests, a Timer Switch, and two packs of Adhesive Targets. Approximate retail value: up to $145 CAD. The prize has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize. If the prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner selection

On November 13, 2026, one winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Before a winner is confirmed, the Sponsor will check that the selected entrant is subscribed to the Rifle Club email list. If the selected entrant is not on the list, or is otherwise ineligible, they will be disqualified and another winner will be drawn.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message and/or at the email address used to sign up. The winner must respond within seven (7) days. If the winner does not respond in that time, or cannot accept the prize, the prize is forfeited and another winner may be drawn. Canadian winners must also correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question before the prize is awarded.

8. Prize delivery

The prize will be shipped free of charge to an address in Canada or the United States (excluding Quebec and California) provided by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxes, duties or fees that apply, and for making sure they are legally allowed to receive and possess the prize where they live.

9. Privacy and emails

By entering, you agree that the Sponsor may use your email address to run the Giveaway and to send you Rifle Club emails, such as news, products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Entrants who unsubscribe before the winner is verified may be disqualified. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. The winner’s Instagram username may be announced publicly.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. You release Instagram and Meta from any liability relating to the Giveaway.

11. General

The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules, and may cancel, change or suspend the Giveaway if it cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical problems or anything else outside its control. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release the Sponsor from liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the use of the prize. These rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
